Thanksgiving in St. George

We headed to St. George for Thanksgiving and had such a great time! We stayed with Tami and Glenn and their kids in their condo. Ken, Mitch, Riley, Natalie and Jeremy were there with us too. Our kids had a blast with their cousins! The weather was A LOT colder than expected but we took the kids to the park a few times and the guys still got to play golf and ride dirt bikes one day. We played games, watched movies and made gingerbread houses too! I am thankful for great family that we have so much fun with!

Yummy Thanksgiving Dinner

Easton, Mitch and Elle

We had so much fun playing at the park! Easton trained us all to be Jedis by taking us all around the playground and then to the top of the hill. (This is Easton taking me up the hill.)

Jayne loves her sweet cousin Lindsay!

Making Gingerbread houses

Elle and Easton's Gingerbread house didn't even get finished before it started getting eaten! So cute!

Putting up our Tree

Our kids were so excited to put up our Christmas Tree and get the decorations out! Since we were headed to St. George for Thanksgiving, we put it up the night before we left so we would be all ready for Christmas when we got back. I put the ribbon on and then they helped with the balls and filled it all in with different ornaments that they have gotten from school or primary. It was so fun to see them place their ornaments so carefully on the tree. They loved it and did a great job! It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Our finished tree

Jayne crawled in this box all on her own. It is the perfect size for her!

Books before Bed...

Every night before putting Jayne to bed, we read books. I sit on the floor, Jayne scoots over to her book shelf, pulls certain books out, scoots back over to me and brings her books. It is the cutest thing!

She always looks back at me while she is choosing just to make sure I'm still there waiting...

Sometimes she will look through one as if she is checking to see if that is the one I should read to her

"Let's read this one!"

November Fun

Jayne is getting so big and she is definitely a girl! She loves anything princess and was so excited when Elle brought up a crown, necklace and wand for her. So cute!!!

She is getting closer to walking and pushes this little shopping cart around the play room.

Elle is doing so great on the piano! Jayne loves to join in and play with her.

Elle and Easton dressed up as Native American Indians one day before Thanksgiving. They made cute little head dresses and found clothes that they thought looked like what the Indians wore. They love to pretend play!

Easton came upstairs and told me that Jayne got all the toys out and made a big mess. Hmmm...Pretty sure Jayne didn't dump the big basket of wooden blocks out. Poor Jayne is already getting framed by her brother.

Jayne LOVES, LOVES, LOVES books! She will sit and look at them all on her own for a long time. It is the cutest thing!

Wrestling with "Daddy Bear" is definitely a favorite for the kids!
